1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an account with jilias. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you have reached the legal gambling age as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. jilias reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including government-issued identification such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID card. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

1.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

jilias Services are intended exclusively for residents of the Republic of the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located within Philippine territory at the time of account creation and each time you access the Services. You further confirm that online gambling is legal in your place of residence and that you are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gaming activities. jilias does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted.

1.3 Account Limitations

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with jilias. The creation of multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts under false identities is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jilias employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any Player found to be operating multiple accounts will have all accounts permanently closed, all bonuses voided, and all winnings confiscated. Only the initial deposit will be returned, subject to verification.

1.4 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. All information must match the details on your government-issued identification documents. You agree to update your account information promptly if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2. Account Security and Verification

2.1 Password and Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilias account username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or associates. Any activity conducted under your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, wagers, deposits, and withdrawals made using your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify jilias customer support via Live Chat, Viber, or email.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to regulatory compliance and fraud prevention, jilias implements a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal, or at any time we deem necessary, we may require you to submit copies of the following documents:

When 2FA is activated, you will be required to enter a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number each time you log in from an unrecognized device or IP address. This additional security layer protects your account from unauthorized access even if your password is compromised.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jilias accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, online banking transfers from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks, and over-the-counter payments via 7-Eleven CLiQQ kiosks. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, and there is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise specified in promotional terms.

3.2 Deposit Processing Times

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are processed instantly and appear in your jilias account balance within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfers typically process within 5 to 15 minutes during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time), and may take up to 24 hours outside of banking hours or on weekends and holidays. Over-the-counter payments via 7-Eleven are processed within 30 minutes of transaction completion.

3.3 Deposit Fees and Charges

jilias does not charge any fees or commissions on deposits. However, your payment provider (GCash, Maya, or your bank) may impose transaction fees or charges according to their own terms and conditions. You are responsible for any third-party fees associated with your deposit transactions. jilias is not liable for delays, errors, or fees imposed by external payment processors.

3.4 Failed or Rejected Deposits

If a deposit transaction fails or is rejected by your payment provider, the funds will typically be returned to your source account within 1 to 3 business days. If you believe a deposit was deducted from your account but did not appear in your jilias balance, contact customer support immediately with proof of payment (transaction reference number, screenshot, or receipt). jilias will investigate the matter and credit your account within 24 hours if the payment is confirmed.

4. Withdrawals and Processing Times

4.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may request a withdrawal once your account has been fully verified via the KYC process described in Section 2.2. Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods registered in your name and matching the name on your jilias account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500, and the maximum withdrawal per transaction is ₱100,000. Players may request up to three (3) withdrawals per day, subject to available balance and bonus wagering requirements.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

jilias strives to process all withdrawal requests within one (1) hour from the time of submission, provided that your account is fully verified and no outstanding wagering requirements remain. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed instantly once approved by our finance team. Bank transfers typically complete within 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule. Withdrawals requested during weekends or Philippine public holidays may experience slight delays.

4.3 Withdrawal Fees

jilias does not charge withdrawal fees for transactions processed via GCash or Maya. However, bank wire transfers may incur processing fees ranging from ₱50 to ₱150 depending on the recipient bank. These fees will be deducted from your withdrawal amount. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your receiving bank or payment provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Reversal

Once a withdrawal request has been approved and processed by jilias, it cannot be reversed or canceled. Funds in a pending withdrawal status (not yet approved) may be canceled by contacting customer support within 30 minutes of submission. Once funds have been transferred to your GCash, Maya, or bank account, they are no longer under jilias control and cannot be returned to your gaming balance.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

In compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations and PAGCOR directives, jilias reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or suspicious transactions. Withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱200,000 in a calendar month may trigger additional verification requirements, including proof of income or source of funds. jilias may refuse to process withdrawals if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. All suspicious transactions will be reported to PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

jilias offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements). A typical wagering requirement of 30x means you must wager the bonus amount thirty times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires ₱30,000 in total wagers before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to Players who have made a qualifying deposit and meet the promotional eligibility criteria. Only one bonus may be active per Player at any given time. You may not combine multiple promotions or claim the same bonus more than once unless explicitly permitted. Bonuses are intended for recreational play only and may not be used in conjunction with arbitrage betting, hedging strategies, or any form of bonus abuse. jilias reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if bonus terms are violated.

5.3 Game Contribution Towards Wagering

Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling bonus wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100%, table games such as blackjack and roulette contribute 10%, and live dealer games contribute 20%. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms and conditions. Betting on both red and black in roulette, or similar low-risk strategies, is prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture.

5.4 Maximum Bet Limits During Bonus Play

While an active bonus is in your account, you may not place individual bets exceeding ₱200 per spin or hand until the wagering requirement is fulfilled. Exceeding this maximum bet limit will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. This rule applies to all game types, including slots, table games, and live dealer games.

5.5 Bonus Expiration

All bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within thirty (30) days from the date the bonus is credited to your account. Failure to meet the wagering requirements within this timeframe will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from bonus funds. jilias will not extend bonus expiration dates under any circumstances.

7. Prohibited Activities

7.1 Fraudulent Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Using stolen or fraudulent payment methods, including credit cards, bank accounts, or e-wallets not registered in your name
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place wagers
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain unfair advantage
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times or circumvent account restrictions
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing others to play on your account

Any Player found engaging in prohibited activities will have their account immediately terminated, all funds confiscated, and will be permanently banned from jilias. jilias reserves the right to report fraudulent activity to PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, and financial institutions as appropriate.

7.2 Underage Gambling

Allowing any person under the age of 21 years to access your jilias account or place wagers using your account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offense under Philippine law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that minors in your household or care do not have access to your account credentials or devices logged into jilias. Any evidence of underage gambling will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to PAGCOR and appropriate authorities.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

jilias reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time if we suspect breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that violates Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations. Account suspension may be temporary (pending investigation) or permanent (termination). During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, deposit funds, or request withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your jilias account at any time by contacting customer support via Live Chat or email. Upon receiving your closure request, we will process any pending withdrawals and return your available balance to your registered payment method within seven (7) business days. Please note that voluntary closure does not release you from any obligations or liabilities arising prior to closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, jilias provides self-exclusion tools that allow you to temporarily or permanently block access to your account. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit funds, or place wagers. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the selected period expires. For permanent self-exclusion, please contact customer support, and we will assist you in blocking your account and connecting you with responsible gaming resources.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

jilias provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that online gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss, and jilias is not liable for any losses incurred through your use of the Services.

9.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of system malfunction, software error, or technical failure that affects game outcomes, all affected bets will be void and stakes returned to Players. jilias is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service interruptions beyond our control. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are suitable for accessing the Services.

9.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jilias's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim. jilias shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Customer Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Services, you must first contact jilias customer support via Live Chat, email, or Viber. We will make every effort to resolve the matter informally within seven (7) business days. All complaints must include your account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation such as screenshots or transaction records.

10.2 PAGCOR Mediation

If a dispute cannot be resolved through jilias customer support, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Protection and Customer Relations Department. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, jilias is obligated to cooperate with all PAGCOR investigations and comply with any directives issued by the regulatory authority. PAGCOR's decision in any dispute shall be final and binding on both parties.

10.3 Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through PAGCOR mediation shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and conducted in English. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against jilias. Each party shall bear its own costs and fees associated with arbitration.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.

jilias operates under License No. [PAGCOR-2024-XXXX] issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. All gaming activities conducted on the jilias platform are subject to PAGCOR oversight and Philippine gambling regulations. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and PAGCOR regulations, the PAGCOR regulations shall prevail.
